Shipping policy

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS (unless customer requests otherwise), with the option of first class package (no insurance) or priority mail (with insurance). Please be cognizant of these options when choosing! Customers who elect shipping without insurance are responsible for any lost items once the postal office is in possession (that is, once it has been sent, you are responsible for the item cost if it is lost by the post office). Rosy Birch Designs will not replace lost items if there is no package insurance. 

Shipping generally runs $3-4 in the US, but a custom quote will be created at check out.

Unless otherwise noted (check the top banner!), orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase (usually much faster - I aim for within 24 hrs!).

Please note: Shipping times may be elongated due to weather. While we understand your excitement for your new items to arrive, we unfortunately have no control over the operations of the postal services. We will gladly help you track your package though, if you need assistance.
