Collection: Holiday Vintage 2021

This collection was inspired by my own family's small business, S. O. Steele & Sons: a small china shop in downtown St. John's, Newfoundland. The patterns on these beads spoke to my heart the moment I saw them, and I knew I wanted to base a home-y, "vintage feeling" collection around them. I saw the floral design on the rims of plates, the crystal drinking glasses, the pops of color from side dishes and napkins... all the fine details that used to make a dinner party. 

While S.O. Steele & Sons may have closed it's doors in 1989 (due to competition from big box stores), small businesses are the lifeblood of many of our families, both historically and now. I encourage you to shop small and shop local this holiday season!
